Phenolic foam board made of phenolic foam is a new generation of thermal insulation and fire proofing and sound insulation materials. Phenolic foam is a polymer rigid rigid aluminum foil foam product, which is made from thermosetting phenolic resin.

1. It has the characteristics of light weight, fire prevention, non combustion in case of open fire, smokeless, non-toxic, no dripping, wide range of use temperature, no shrinkage and no embrittlement in low temperature environment.
2. Because of its high closed cell ratio, it has low thermal conductivity (less than 0.030w/(m·k)), good heat insulation performance, water resistance and water vapor permeability. It is a good thermal insulation material and an ideal insulation material for HVAC engineering.
3. Because of the benzene ring structure of phenolic resin, its size is stable and the change rate is less than 1%. And chemical composition is stable, anti-corrosion and anti-aging, especially the ability to resist organic solution, strong acid and weak alkali corrosion.

In the production process of foaming, freon is not used as foaming agent, which conforms to international environmental protection standards, and its molecular structure contains hydrogen, oxygen and carbon elements. When decomposed at high temperature, the spilled gas is non-toxic and tasteless, which is harmless to human body and environment. Therefore, phenolic super composite board is an ideal fire-proof, heat insulation, energy-saving, beautiful environmental protection and green heat preservation.
